Rust is a funny word to illustrate. It is so sturdy a word that I had a hard time abstracting from it.

Taciturn. I don't know any other creature most temperamentally disinclined to talk than fish. I have a few at home and they are a very quiet company.

Favorite words. Peregrine. Nothing to be thoughtful or clever here. Peregrine is peregrine. I just like the sound of it. And the birds themselves too.

Kaputnik. Kaputnik is a conjunction of the word "kaput" (meaning "broken, damaged, destroyed") and "Sputnik" (Russian robotic spacecraft).
